This place is beautiful. I've been traveling through northern Patagonia (the southernmost part of Chile and Argentina), and it's been amazing. I have a ton of photos and many highlights to share but am lacking a proper computer and enough time to elaborate. In brief, after many adventures, Daniela and her family have headed back North, and I'm traveling solo now. Daniela straggled behind her family and stayed with me in Valle Cochamo last week. Cochamo is kind of like Yosemite, except there is .03% of the people, no roads, and it's a 13km walk to get there. This is what it looks like:
I left all of my climbing gear in the valley, and after a day of restocking on supplies in Puerto Varas, I'm going to catch a bus in 30 minutes that will take me back to the small, gorgeous town near the trailhead. My plan is to climb, hike, and meditate in the valley for the next week or two or three depending on weather and psych level.
Will post more stories when I return from the woods. Gotta run.

that sounds blissful. espero que encuentre paz alli.
